The Japanese seems to be healthy for their old age, so watching how they eat can be beneficial to our health here. I didn't think much about the skin, but the omega does wonders for our brain.
I guess my skin will be like crocodile skin since I don't eat fish. But that OK, in a million no raw fish or any kind.:eek:

Have a silky skin is one of a lot of good benefice of fish (raw or not) !!! ;) and I think occident society has lost envy and pleasure to eat fish !!! alway have steak and Big Mac ...

I like eating fish, especially salmon. It just has that taste that I liked over tuna.

My deal, do not worry about your skin (you can find all kind of vitamins within other vergetable or meal) but Omega3 is only in fish !!! And Omega3 will help to keep a good memory ...

It is okay to not eat raw fish Ms. Red. But I hear that kids who eat fish at early stage, it is good for their brain development and eye sight. Your kids can eat them cook.

Kids must not eat to much of fish now, normally eating fish is good for them but in us day, there are so much pollutions and contaminations in the Sea, that eating fish is quite dangerous now for young kids !!!

Once a week should be okay. Most mom does give them supplements to replace eating the real fish, but its always good to talk to the doctor about it first before putting kids on supplement too.

once or twice a week are good, and I won't advice supplements of Omega or vitamins for kids (too chemical for them), but supplements are good for adults !!!
