It's pretty good, but definitely not ideal. I would avoid fish oil supplements altogether if you're eating too much fish. Sashimi is theoretically healthy, but unless your restaurant uses wild caught fish (and most don't) it's not as healthy as it would have been ancestrally. Farmed fish have much, much, much lower levels of omega 3s. And, of course, the pollution levels of the oceans (and thus, the fish) are also concerns. Reduce sashimi to 2-3 times a week. A pricy meal for me, since I prefer fresh ones. I think this would be repulsive for Happy's liking.
