It's been said, and maybe some here can testify, that for relationships (any kind) to flourish, you must allow yourself to be vulnerable. What does it mean to be vulnerable? One way is to share your true thoughts and feelings. That's all I know. Comments? Questions? Let's hear it.

Yes. I'm still not 100% vulnerable but I open up more. I used to keep my friends at bay so I never felt close to them. Now that I share more I find that my friendship with them is enhanced.
