Tablets Recommendations

I need a tablet for reading in bed. My gf has a Nook but she won't share it. I'm interested in something that won't burn a hole in my pocket but has all the nice specs too. Anyone here has recommendations?

Samsung Galaxy Note Tablet about $600
Kindle Fire HD and HDX $150-250
irulu $50-100

Honestly, I'd love anything with Super AMOLED display technology. But those are pricier. I'm just worried that I'll buy something that's cheap but turns out to be garbage.

Preferably, a tablet that runs on android as I am not familiar with Apple's products or their apps.

But first, I have to make that trip to the video store I promised Hunnie Bear lol.

I highly recommend mini iPad. There is not much to learn. Pretty simple.

I did consider it. The cheapest was 399.99. I had passed on it. Here's what I got instead, $405 out the door. It had better specs than the mini and the SUPER AMOLED display rocks.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 inch is a class of its own but I would have considered Google nexus 7 more reasonable in price at got all the goodies includine the latest androi OS and update as soon as release ... I got one and love it

I know right, the price for a new tab pro is ridiculous, but seriously, I want nothing less than super amoled and willing to pay premium for it.

I was close to getting one but I really wanted a samsung super amoled display .....But the windows tablet is awesome, runner up.

I love the Ipad Air for graphic and their exclusive contents.
I saw the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 the other day and it's as great.
I will get that one later too, but I'm gonna get my laptop first. I'm probably gonna go with the Asus brand.
