I believe guys with money are doing the same thing. Having all those done, just you don't notice because it's not written on their forehead.
Both men and women are not much different when it comes to beauty. If you are speaking of the majority of the world, yes.

Guys spend as much money to obtain, retrieve, or accomplish the outer beauty.

My sister on the other hand, met in person lots of men that goes off and get fake a lot of stuff. It's not just something we sees in article. I wouldn't be surprise that the number of them getting fake beauty will rise in the next 10 years.
