But I guess I'll take your answer becuz you got interesting stuff, especially the story about your friend. I want to hear more about her.....cuz I'm nosey like that ha.

Nah, no worries. I'm pretty confident I get what you were tryign to convey when you wrote about the "perfect" relationship.

He married her for stability because she has a good career and has everything going on for herself. Well at least that's how she portray it to be. Their whole relationship was a fake until he marry her. Everything came out afterward but he's already married with two kids with her. She kind of lock him down.

She's a Dental Hygienist working in Beverly Hill area where all the rich people are at. She been there for over ten years so her pay is pretty high with excellent benefit. She drives a brand new Lexus. He have another girl that he likes but she was still a striving student, looks much better too. But the guy wants someone that can bring in the bill money, not a girl where he needs to struggle with.

After marriage, he found out that the career girl is in debt so the debt is now his. Her car is a lease, and she always keep him away from his family and friends. She doesn't want people over to their house. He didn't want kids but she lied to him that she's on the pill and they ended up with two kids. After that, he has her tube tie so she can't have anymore kids. After her first kid, she never return back to work so he's stuck paying more bills. They also bought a house together after the marriage. He's just a delivery man.

Hmm, I don't think I made the story interesting enough.
By the way, before marriage, she was an angel and he gets to do whatever he wants. Nothing bother her when it does.

Dental hygienists don't go through a lot of years schooling, but the salaries in this field is quite rewarding. I'm from So Cal also, so I know Beverly Hills. I guess the world knows Beverly Hills haha. But the COLA over there (like Santa Monica) is pretty high compared to other LA cities. This means it's a pretty good probability she makes more than other dental hygienists in the county, state, and mabe the country. How the hell she go in debt?

Anyway, it sounds to me they both got together for the wrong reasons, maybe? I'm not an expert in the love department.

She did get pay more because of her location, and also that she worked at the same place for over ten years so they raised her salary. But after the first kid, she became lazy or maybe she was always lazy and was waiting to do nothing when she gets marry. Who knows?

But she still insist on having the second kid which had worst condition then the first kid. Both kid was a C-section. She though she could have the second one natural, but once you have a C-section, most likely you have to do the same for the rest.

The more money you make, the more you spend. She keep changing her car, that's one thing. Oh, I remember, she owes a big loan on her medical school. It's his now, because she don't work.

Still married but not happily. He goes to the club to see stripper while they were dating so I'm sure he has his moment where he's seeing other girl on the side right now. He always been cheating on her.

Now that her tube is tied, she can't have any kids with no one. So she can't go tie another guy later if they were to divorce. He ruin the rest of her life also. I don't know if their relationship is a joke or what?

The sad part is, he doesn't liked his kids much because they have health issue. So its mostly her with the kids. This story is just making me depress.

An awesome relationship should has argument, if that person is too perfect, it's just too good to be true. I'll be afraid to sleep next to that person at night with my eyes shut.

Take no offense to what I say to you all.

I got this feeling, a really good feeling that some of yall may be living the drama series life. You say what? I'm not sure, but maybe some people are so into the "perfect" story with a happy ending like in those movies. It's not healthy. Real life, most of the time, don't work that way. It's a bumpy ride. And most dudes ain't gonna play your girlie games. Just my opinion.

Anyway, I think someone with a 20+ years successful relationship should chime in, because I'm definitely not qualified to give any opinions on what an awesome relationship should be.

To make peace with the world for what is it and not what I would like it to be.
I just want to live the best possible life I can achieve for myself and my loved ones.
Not necessary a rich life, or an easy life, but a fulfilling life.
I'm happy when i'm around smart and kind people.
I'm happy when I can see through people's lies. Haha
I want to heal my pain, I want to purge my hatred, I want to be more kind.
I'm having difficulty being kind to people. I have difficulty connecting.

I am at peace with all this since I accepted it .
