Love coconut water, especially from the young coconut (not bottled).

Anyway, I find that drinking sparkling mineral water helps my bloating somewhat.

Seems soda in glass bottles are popular again. Tried tamarind soda today, it was surprisingly good and refreshing.

I had many of those nights where I stayed up to watch a series.

I always order the Pomegranate Pick Me Up when I'm at Jamba Juice.
The name is no longer on the menu, but they still make it for you when you order it.

I'm not a big fan of alcohol. But there seems to be many who like booze. I love soy milk the most. Second would be coconut water with pulp. I hope that counts as an answer. It is not really alcohol related.

Is it some sort of diet drink or something?
Drinking a warm glass of fresh squeezed lemon juice and non-irradiated cayenne pepper water is a practice that I do every morning to help stimulate my body’s detoxification systems on a daily basis.

Lemon is a natural detoxifier as vitamin C transforms toxins into digestible material. In addition to vitamin C, lemons are also packed with antioxidants and electrolytes including potassium, calcium and magnesium. Lemon is also known to stimulate the liver’s natural enzymes by helping to oxygenate the body.
Cayenne pepper stimulates the circulatory system by opening the capillaries, aids digestion, and helps regulate blood sugar. Furthermore, and very importantly, it increases the temperature of your body and kick-starts your metabolism, which, yes, can help you to lose weight over time. Be sure to always buy non-irradiated cayenne pepper (and all spices) since irradiation negates the health benefits of spices.

It is good to know. I know drinking lemon water it will help you get ride of bloating. But I didn't know about adding cayenne pepper. I usually drink Apple cider vinegar and water to suppress my hunger every day

I might want to try this. Thanks
