Honestly, those youtube people are hella smart. They have more recording knowledge than me! I'm pretty amateur compared to them. So I decided to also try to learn how to use a DAW (digital audio workstation) like Pro Tools or Reason for my recording.
However, my basic knowledge has allowed me to make some "broadcast" style recordings. I have a few clips from sound testing, I'll try to make another 5 min video with the Yeti and post it! I don't even know how to make "comparison video" yet I don't even know where to begin man. Those youtubers are pretty advanced recording engineers. Either that, they have access to some programs that I don't even know about. All I can do is research and learn. If that doesn't work, I'll just go to recording school. I talked about this with my girl last night, she's fine with it. It's only a year or two and it would equipped me with this kind of knowledge. This would be a last resort though if I can't learn it on my own.

You only need to test out the sound of your voice on both mic to compare. I only want to hear the differences of your voice on each mic, how it sound.
