U cannot downgrade from 7.1 latest iPhone 5s. U can use SemiRestore7but that app only allow u to restore to your current iOS and jailbroken but not 7.1

u can't SHSh blog i think from 7.x.x and there's no way u can downgrade 7.1 esp iphone 5 and 5s. other site telling u that u can downgrade is a lie. u could brick your iphone. Read http://www.iclarified.com the most trusted site.

I just google and u can't downgrade 7.1 and cydia cannot shsh your iios anymore starting from ios 7.x.x
